Important to Know
- ·Kaziranga National Park is open November to April; the park closes during the monsoon season (May–October) due to Brahmaputra flooding.
- ·Elephant safari slots are limited and subject to availability — we recommend requesting these at booking.
- ·Majuli accommodation is rustic (bamboo cottages and homestays). Hot water, electricity, and Wi-Fi may be intermittent — this is part of the island experience.
- ·Ferry schedules at Nimati Ghat are subject to river conditions; timings are confirmed locally on the day.
- ·Departures on Day 5 are from Jorhat Airport (JRH) or Jorhat Railway Station — plan flights after 1:00 PM to allow comfortable ferry crossing.
