Important to Know
- ·North Sikkim requires a minimum 3-night structure (Lachen 1N, Lachung 2N) — shorter durations create unsafe drive schedules
- ·SUV mandatory for all North Sikkim sectors — sedans are not permitted
- ·Nathula Pass visit depends on permit availability and weather conditions
- ·Nathula Pass remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
- ·Zero Point visit depends on weather and road conditions — additional charges apply
- ·Guests must carry a valid government ID for all permits
- ·North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) has limited to no mobile connectivity
- ·Day 5 (Lachung → Gangtok) and Day 6 (Tsomgo excursion) are both drive-heavy — we pace both days carefully to avoid fatigue
- ·Travel in hill regions is subject to weather, landslides, and army advisories — plans may be adjusted for safety
