• If there’s a conflict, our Terms apply first, but supplier rules (for hotels, transport, permits, etc.) will also apply to your booking.
  
  

3. Rules for a Smooth Trip

    

To ensure safe and enjoyable travel, the following are not permitted:

• Use of narcotics, firearms, or banned substances.
• Fireworks, weapons, or toxic/illegal materials.
• Any behavior that endangers others or disrupts the journey.

ClearEast Trip is not responsible for incidents caused by prohibited activities.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Changes

    

• All payment and refund rules are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Changes or cancellations may result in charges, including any non-refundable supplier costs.
  
  

5. Booking & Travel Disruption

    

• Alterations by ClearEast Trip: In cases of weather, logistics, or safety issues, we may adjust itineraries. If alternatives are not possible, refunds will follow our Cancellation Policy.
• Travel Requirements: You are responsible for valid visas, passports, permits, and ensuring you are fit to travel.
  
  

6. Liability & Limitations

    

• ClearEast Trip arranges services through trusted partners. If a supplier (e.g., hotel or transport) fails, our liability is limited to matters under our direct control.
• We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked with us.

• All content, text, images, designs, and logos on our platform are legally protected.
